Investec is an international specialist banking and asset management group serving the United Kingdom, South Africa, Australia and North America markets. Investec is listed on the London Stock Exchange and the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. Investec is also a FTSE 100 company. Together with Investec, Enventure Partners is exploring opportunities, including the 40 MW Kuvaninga gas-fired project in the South African region. Enventure hopes to expand the scope of this relationship from Mozambique into South Africa and Namibia.

ECEP (Principals of EE Cruz Heavy Construction)

Founded in 1984, EE Cruz and Company specializes in Heavy construction projects in the New York / New Jersey metropolitan area, with over US$1 billion dollars of infrastructure highways, bridges, pipelines and foundations work.( Together with ECEP, Enventure Partners is exploring opportunities in the domestic market, particularly in the North East United States. For example, the Enventure-ECEP responded to the current RFP from the NY-NJ Port Authority for the installation of a small wind farm on their facilities. The project, which is of high visibility literally and figuratively, will be awarded in early 2012.


Servtec Brasil is a leading IPP and engineering services company primarily operating in the Brazilian market. Servtec co-developed the 85 MW GERA project with Enventure and the two organizations continue to jointly pursue renewable and thermal opportunities in the region. Servtec serves as one of Enventure Partners´strongest allies in the Brazilian market. With Servtec, Enventure has developed over 130 MW of generation facilities across several states.

Ecoinvest (AKA Ecopart)

Ecoinvest/Ecopart is a Brazilian entity focused on emissions reducing projects in the market of Brazil. Based in Sao Paulo, but with a presence throughout Brazil, the Ecoinvest team has partnered with Enventure on several wind farms in the northern state of Ceara.
