Bernardo Fernandes is a managing partner for Enventure who brings 40 years of experience as a technical consultant for some of the most prestigious global private equity investors. Prior to his role with Enventure, Bernardo served as an owner’s engineer for several multi-billion dollar funds on transactions across the globe. Bernardo has also worked for some of the most prestigious engineering firms, including serving as a partner for R.W. Beck (Leidos). Within Enventure Partners, Bernardo serves a Chief Technical Officer role using his experience to structure out financial risks via technical documents such as Design/Engineering, EPC, Equipment Purchase Orders, O&M Agreements, LTSAs, etc. Bernardo has a thermal power, mechanical engineering masters degree from Imperial College in London. He is a Portuguese/American citizen and speaks Portuguese, French and English.
