Carlos Pinto is a seasoned project finance executive and emerging market, project finance expert. Carlos has participated on over $1 billion dollars of operational power infrastructure spanning 4 continents. His unsurpassed experience negotiating bankable definitive project documents such as EPCs, PPAs, O&Ms, fuel supply agreements, loan agreements, security agreements and associated financing documents, shareholders agreements etc. allows Enventure to deliver value to its investors where others cannot. Beyond his on-the-ground development, Carlos serves a CFO role for Enventure responsible for capital raising and financial structuring within Enventure Partners. His expertise spans thermal (oil and gas-fired power generation), wind and hydropower generation projects throughout the US, Latin American, Caribbean, European and African markets. Carlos is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and has an MBA from George Washington University.
